Anyone had a scheduled c-section after a traumatic emergency c-section? I have my scheduled for Friday and I’m starting to get nervous about it, my first one was super rushed and I didn’t have time to calm myself down I was screaming and crying more than my twins were. I just want a little peace of mind that it’s not going to be as traumatic as my first.

Thank you ladies I really hope things go a lot better this time around I know if it doesn’t it’ll be my nerves that cause it. That was one of my biggest fears the first time I really wanted a vaginal delivery so I think that had a lot to do with the traumatic aspect.

I had a very traumatic near death c section then 13 months later had a scheduled and I can tell you the scheduled csection was amazing a breeze I laughed and talked the whole time

I had an emergency section with my twins at 34 + 5 and it was ok it was my first time I didn’t know what they were doing but my scheduled section with my son it was good way better bc you know everything they are doing bc they explain it to you
