You never know how to appreciate things till something happens. We have a NO DRINKING WATER EMERGENCY ALERT due to blue green algae and all the stores are out of water plus it’s getting so expensive😨 I just hope and pray this goes away soon🙏🏻🙏🏻

@kambam, we live in Oregon. The alert said that filter tap water or boiling water won’t help at all.

@shayybear, we got the notice yesterday. Something we weren’t expecting. My husband went to the store yesterday and they would only allow a pack per person and today I went to buy water but in 5 minutes all the water was gone.

@bsandra that sucks. Are you close to a state border? You could try getting bottles there if possible. I think Amazon prime has bottled water.

Get flavored waters, a little more expensive than you'd like. Powerade or Gatorade is refreshing sometimes too.
If you have Wal-Mart, check in the baby section. There used to be water there too.

@shayybear, 10 counties are affected. We live in the capital of Oregon and nothing like this has ever happened. All the counties came here cause we have Costco, Winco, Walmart and cash & carry. But I’m gonna look into amazon and hopefully we can save some money.
