Talk with doctor but my doctor said ibuprofen is bad in third trimester. But please ask yours first

@mcswain do u have allergies? I'm told for headaches we can ONLY take Tylenol, but if I have a sinus pressure headache I will take a Claritin & that usually does the trick.
