Does anyone else not want certain people to hold their new baby when they are born? I hope I am not the only one. But I really don’t want my mil or my husbands grandparents to hold my baby. His grandparents because I don’t want my new born dropped and they smoke and his mil because she doesn’t wanna get the tdap shot and she also dropped my daughter at 2 months. I don’t want t to happen again. I feel like I am letting it get to me to much!!

I’m so concerned about this cus I’m the only one that’s had the tdap n I might be having to stay at my moms n no one there I think has had the shot n there’s a lot of kids n lots of ppl there n there’s that what if baby can catch something I hate to sound anal .... but ur mil dropped ur bby omg I would have dropped her ass no offense that’s fckn terrible

@moniquerivera70, have you asked them to get it? I’m super paranoid about people having it. Especially older people they carry so much more my doctor told me. I’m so scared. I would talk to them all and say it’s safer for baby. The kids should have it already because of school. Yes she did!! I was so mad I was on my way to school 3 hours away and my husband was leaving the house and she dropped her. I had him take her to the doctors that I worked for. And my mil broke her nose or I would of beat her ass.

@dinamarie1995, yeah I have asked but ppl wanna get offended lol but thanks for the info I didn’t know older ppl would carry more then toddlers and yeah I think they’ve had it some r in daycare and some r still little for sko but I need to update myself before baby comes and find a plan n omg poor bby and so liddo she was lucky u weren’t there but fingers crossed she will be hesitant to carry this bby

@moniquerivera70, I believe they start getting the shot at like 6 months old. I forget. If in daycare they have to have it. But really? They get offended. It’s not a bad thing to have if they get it then they are good for 10 years for tetanus as well. If they stepped on a nail they would be getting a teantus shot anyways. I wouldn’t let anyone hold your baby much and make sure they use a lot of hand sanitizer. No she said she’s super excited to hold this one and I am thinking your not going to.
