I have, we just did a 36 hour trip. We did it in 3 days. About 12 hours a day or so.

Lots of snacks and games helped my son. I put apps on my phone for him and all that fun stuff.

@mommyof1boyy, did you stop for meals? We’re going to break it up so it’s like 6/7 hours a day... he’s never been in the car for more than 3 hours so idk how he’ll handle it.

@mommyof1boyy, we’re driving from Detroit Metro to Miami 😩 but we’re actually moving there so it’s gonna be stressful. Not like a vacation

@mrssanderson, yeah we stopped like twice a day for food and when we stopped for gas we used the bathrooms, yeah we went from AZ to upstate NY. We moved too. So I had a toddler, two dogs and two cats all in once damn car 🤦🏼‍♀️

@mommyof1boyy, omg lmaoo okay do you understand... hopefully your car is somewhat spacious. We drive a Mazda 3 so it’s gonna be tight. & I’m paranoid about having stuff in the backseat

@mrssanderson, haha yes!! We drove a little Ford Focus hatchback here and a moving truck fallowed behind us. We didn’t have much in the back besides snacks tucked in the floor behind my seat. I left everything else easy access in the moving truck. It was jammed for us too. It was terrible. But I’m sure you will be just fine!!

@mommyof1boyy, we have movers coming on the 30th of July & they’ll pack everything to ship to Florida for when we get there & have an actual place to live 😩 I’m stressed just thinking about it.

@mrssanderson, isn’t your husband military? Pack a small bag of just clothes and things you’ll need for the ride. You’ll figure it out!

@mommyof1boyy, ya he is. But when we moved from VA to MI we didn’t have a lot so I wasn’t stressed at all lol. Not to mention Josiah screams every time we stop at a red living or anything 🙄🙄🙄🙄 should be fun....

@mrssanderson, I found that moving with the military was the worst move my husband and I have ever done. So I totally understand what you’re going through. And he might surprise you and sleep a lot during the trip! Our first move with the Army my son was only 6 months old 😭
