Ok so a luteal phase is the time from ovulation to a period. A luteal phase is 10-17 days. So if you have a 28 day cycle subtract 17 which is 11 then subtract 10 which is 18. You will ovulate from cycle day 11-18. (Cycle day 1 is first day of bleeding) You should have sex every other day during that time.

These are usually not correct. Could be helpful but don't rely solely on this.

How many days from first day of period to day before your next period? The average is 28 days
