Good morning ladies I need some pointers I have a four year old he’s about 40lbs very active drinks…

A warm bath he might poop in the tub though

Give him prune juice daily. Just a couple ounces. But it will make him regular you might have to water it down taste horrible. But my daughter was the same way. Only thing hat helped. I also gave her watered down pure apple juice like the unfiltered one. One cup of that a day as well

My ds had the same issue. Miralax did nothing. We bought some gummy fiber vitamins. We give him one every other day. He's pretty regular now.

And lost of water but it seems like he already does that!

Yogurt. Not sugary kind. Whole Greek yogurt. The kind full of probiotics. It may help regulate him some

I tried the prune but felt like maybe it wasn’t a good long term thing but I’m gonna jump back on that hopefully he can go regularly I rarely give him milk due to him not going poop and give him cheese instead but I’m gonna look into the gummies as well hopefully these things help the lil guy I feel horrible

Stop giving cheese and add more fiber

Wow it sounds about right !!! N the only thing that gives is the enema n I feel terrible having to go that route but I’m gonna speak to his Pediatrican n see what he says hopefully he can refer me to GI cus it’s been a on going issue n I feel terrible cus he will hold off on pooping like u mentioned
