towards the end i had them every day, & they would last about an hour at a time but the actual contraction didn’t last very long. i’m sure it’s ok though, just make sure to drink lots of water & that should help

I've been having them like crazy lately I had one Saturday it lasts 30 seconds and boy did it hurt I cry like a baby and I had them all last night but my doctor told me to lay on my my left side drink water and relax when they come because when I get up and move around it hurts everybody bodies different but I know for me it hurts 😥🙏😇

I've had them constantly since 17 weeks. They are starting to get more intense tho. I decided to track them a few nights ago and they usually last a good minute. Just hope baby stays put.

I have been having them faithfully like 3 times a week all day ..🤦...the first time I had them I rushed to the hospital (super embarrassed) when I got into a room they'd stopped...just relax and drink some tea (decaffeinated of course ) your little bundle is almost here and it's completely normal at this point :)
