I just had my baby May 1st via emergency c section. I’m terrified of getting pregnant before my baby is at least 3 years old. What’s the best method of birth control that is non invasive? What do you use?

@ek620 or the depo shot is progesterone and is also ok for breastfeeding.

Are you breastfeeding? The options are the mini pill or an IUD if you are. Congrats on your baby!
