Could be SPD? Try sleeping with a pillow between your legs see if it helps any.

@mariapb oh I checked for that already. I had to do a MRI nd I dont have it.

When i was pregnant i felt the exact same way i couldnt even get out of bed i had to wake up hubby to help me get up i couldnt even open my legs cus i felt that i was going to brake my pelvic bone

Very normal it goes away after u have ur baby yet one of the reasons I wont get pregnant again😅
