How do you all handle it when "dad" neglects to get the child when he's already said he wanted to…

Idk I just don’t pay it no mind for what the child coming back to anyways I have to deal with the kid always and that’s why god keeps blessing me

@taylorsmommy1017 no we've never needed to get the court involved & this is the second time he's stood my baby up. If he had just told me he wanted him it would be ok if but he tells it to Kayden and has my son saying he's going with daddy but daddy is a no show

@ralesshafelder I'm not upset about having to keep him. I just don't want him getting Kayden's hopes up

@kay.ari_, yeah that part is sad 😔 I wouldn’t tell him he’s going any where till his dad get there and explain to him because I would be hurt if my dad promise to get me

@taylorsmommy1017 I can't control what his dad says while they're otp. I usually take him to the park or somewhere to occupy his mind but today's rainy and he keeps saying I want daddy 😔

@ralesshafelder I guess next time he calls I'll just have to limit what's being said. It really makes no sense tho. He just randomly started doing this. Any other time if he said he was going to get him, he made it happen

@taylorsmommy1017 I usually do but honestly he just started this. He used to come get him every time he said he would. 🤦🏿 Since this is the second time though I'll be making sure that it never happens again

@ralesshafelder I know exactly what it is but I'm not going to get into details about it. I would just rather he keep his child first before a female.
