Took my car in to find out what was wrong with it. The guy looks at me and says we can't look at it for a few hours so come back than. I said don't you have a waiting area and he says this place isn't really for kids. So I walk out and managed to reach a friend of the family who lives close. I then walked two miles in the heat to her house and she welcomed us with open arms until the car was ready. Thank God for her but this has not been a stellar day. Still have to wait another week for them to fix it
