Every now and again I get a ache on the right side of my hip/pelvic area. This was real intense like week 5/6 knowing implantation was from right ovarie... Could baby at 14 weeks be pressing on a nerve or something?

Sounds like to me its everything stretching. But I use to get them when I was pregnant.

Yeah, sounds like round ligament pain. Taking a warm, epsom salt bath helped me.
