Ladies I need advice my son just started throwing up and he’s laying down at the moment he doesn’t…

If he’s acting strange I’d call the doctor

@arthuranna26, let him sleep it off and check his temp . Make sure there’s no fever and see how he feels when he wakes up.

And pay close attention that he doesn’t throw up again specially laying down or in his sleep .

give him pedialyte mixed with Gatorade

I would just give make sure he's staying hydrated with Pedialyte, Gatorade, juice and some water. If he does get an appetite, give him the BRAT diet (bananas, rice, applesauce, toast). Let him sleep too! That's what he needs to get better. I wouldn't call the doctor unless you can tell he's severely dehydrated. When my son was 6 months he had the flu and was severely dehydrated. The doctor wanted him to come to the hospital. They didn't even do anything for him there though so it was honestly a huge waste of time. Just keep him comfortable!

@aengs2, that is what I am doing he’s asleep now finally I guess he just needs to sleep he woke up tired and kept going back to sleep and than cake down and got on the couch and and threw up and fell asleep after drinking some water 😞

@arthuranna26, It's so heartbreaking when they're so helpless. I get it. It's just building his immune system and it'll all be over soon. You're doing a great job mama! Hang in there.
