I had horrible insomnia in the beginning! I think it was from excitement though. Then it went away. Now it’s back some kind of awful 😂

I've resigned to accepting that I won't be sleeping for the next year or so.

Ask your doctor or midwife if it’s ok for you to drink chamomile tea that’s what helped and has been helping me sleep on nights when I can’t sleep

@zskphllps @aylenrose @mokai08 @keebs @nessa_22 Finally had went at almost 7 in the morning just to turn bavk around and be up tending with my 2 active kids. Feel like I'm a walking zombie. I Need to make myself takes naps during day even tho I hate naps

@mokai08 right! To be honest I haven't got a good sleep since my first born and I'm now on my 3rd 😩

@keebs Well I hope this goes away soon . Overly tired just to take care of my 2 babies ,be pregnant do things around house plus more. I have 0 energy. It take everything out of me just to get up and use the bathroom 😟
