Do you have a baby carrier? Like to strap the baby to you?

I've only had to take the bus by myself once and when I did I took the stroller and my baby carrier the one that you wear I would put him in the stroller walk to the bus stop and I like to go a little early to be able to fold up the shoulder but when I get there I put him in the carrier and then I fold up the stroller

It is a little difficult because he's super heavy and I'm pregnant but the bus driver was really nice and lowered the bus when I got on as well as when I got off so that helps a lot and also be sure to have your money and it's hot that you can get too fast so you don't have to be digging through anything.

Does your stroller have a little basket at the bottom and it would be a lot helpful if you had a diaper backpack but if you have a diaper bag you can just put all the baby stuff in the basket at the bottom of the stroller and secure it so that when you fold up the stroller it doesn't come out I like to tie it up and kind of close it I'm not sure if you can do that with yours though
