any mommas got any tips on nail care? ive been trying to grow my nails out but they keep breaking, i know i need to take vitamins but is there any other tips besides that?

My dad use to put garlic for 5 mins and then wash my hands bcuz if you leave it for more they turn yellow

@babeylarissa, vitamins and just be careful when your hands are in water because your nails will become very soft. Use a nail oil around your cuticles too all day every day cause if your nails are also too hard they will just break off. Literally nothing MAKES your nails grow faster than will grow. I’ve also found that a nail gardener isn’t good either because again if your nails are too hard they will just break off...my moms a cosmetologist for 35 years so I grew up around all of this and soaked it all in 😂
