@raquely, @jleona, @mommytonayeliz, @db413, it started after my daughter stopped breathing right when we were about to be discharged from the hospital. Of course I cried then, but it just never stopped. I’m very very irritable at everything and I feel like I hate my SO when I really don’t, and I can’t even explain to him whats going on. I don’t resent the baby or have any negative feelings towards her at all, I feel very anxious about both her and my son and like I need them in sight at all times. My MIL asked if she could take my son swimming today while we went to the hospital with my newborn and I about had a full blown panic attack, melt down, couldn’t make a decision because it made me such a nervous wreck.

@raquely, I feel like that has contributed to mine too. We have had visitors non stop. Literally right after giving birth everyone was piling in the room while I’m trying to breastfeed and recover. Then my stepmom and others kept pushing to hold her. It’s made my anxiety awful because I feel like I can’t ever wind down and rest. His mom and sister have both wanted to stay the night with us, his mom thankfully backed off and is super sweet but his sister asked and I really couldn’t say no because that probably would’ve pissed him off

@babyjjsmommy family can be a big factor to anxiety and those breakdowns .take a break just have time for u amd ur baby
