@bhtslove, so tell me what should I expect lol it’s be for a infant and 2 toddlers the toddlers are in school so she will most likely pick them up and stay with them until I’m home which will be 3 days out the week and the weekends
@takiahilk I guess it really just depends. I mean one job was just a one night thing so I don't really remember much but I got another job off there I had for a year or so. They interviewed me first to see if I was a good match, then called me back to "shadow" for a day to get used to being around. And then they hired me. I mean they were a really nice family. It just probably depends on how indepth or picky you want to be.
Interview several nannies, background checks, call families they have worked for, ask them lots of questions about how they do childcare and about there self.
@bhtslove, @sarah.s, yes is definitely wanna do interviews and things the nanny is just a back up idea my aunt can help me with Baby and kids but don’t wanna be too demanding on her life as well

Not to hire a nanny but for about 5 nanny jobs. I highly recommend it.
