I have felt so nauseous but it’s mainly this fatigue, lightheaded, weak feeling that is killing me. Anyone have any advice on things that help them that I could try?

Your iron might be low. An over the counter supplement would help.

Ugh same. I get dizzy and bad headaches also. I’ve gotten too dehydrated to the point where I go to the hospital and they told me about HG
