It’ll eventually go away. The clingy stage is no joke lol. Every kid is different on when they start to be more independent when mom is around.

For my girls, they still do this. They don’t don’t like going to other people’s house, my 2 year old won’t even eat other people’s food- for example on holidays unless she knows I made it, she won’t eat it🤦🏼‍♀️ they are very independent, they just don’t like other people like that.

To prevent this I took my daughter to the gym daycare every day for an hour at least (even if I just drink coffee or sit in the hot tub)since she was tiny. We do a lot of activities outside the house like free library and community events to get her well adjusted to group settings and people who are not me. The only problem is after doing this she wants nothing to do with me in public or in family settings haha. She is quite the social butterfly though.

@kiki221, Yeah I’m excited for the challenge lol. I been doing it for the last two years with two this age because I’ve been a nanny. It will be interesting dynamics having to different ages now. It makes me really wish I had had twins the last time around haha.
