So question. Since I was induced with my last pregnancy I'm not sure how the whole going into labor…

I was early laboring for about 2 weeks before my 14 hour active labor fiasco. I personally felt the labor going. They measured my contractions and they were every 1-3 minutes and I didn't have him for another 4 days after. Just have to wait until it hurts quite a bit lol

I wouldn’t say “days ahead” but it’s definitely not like the movies where your water breaks and you immediately go to the hospital. I woke up in the morning feeling kind of “blah”. I had period type cramps that were just more annoying than painful from like 5am-3pm. Stayed in bed most of the day because I felt shitty and sluggish. Around 4ish, I started feeling actual contractions. They weren’t painful or anything but they were definitely there. Around 6 or so, they started feeling a little more intense and I began timing them on my app. I ended up going in to my Birthing Center at about 9pm I believe. By that point, contractions were closer together and I could still talk through them but it was pretty painful. My water didn’t actually break until maybe 1 or 2am. My girl was born at 9:30am. So it was definitely pretty spaced out for about 24 hours or so 🤷🏻‍♀️
