Has anyone else not felt connected with their second pregnancy like they did with the first?!?

Yes. 2nd pregnancy was twins. First pregnancy was a breeze after the 7th week.

@sarah.s, I almost feel guilty but I don’t feel connected at all to this pregnancy. I’m 18 weeks and still don’t even “feel” pregnant

I never feel fulky connected til they get here... Like I know they're in there and I know I love you but it doesn't hit me til I hold them and I'm an in absolute love. And when I was pregnant with my second I was so worried I wouldn't love her like I loved my first daughter I just couldn't picture loving anybody else that way I absolutely fell in love with her too and then my son after her 😍😍😍

@tattooedwho1, yes that is exactly how I feel. How in the world can I love this baby as much as my daughter

@courtney5610 idk how to explain it but it just happens I love all of them so much just in different ways... My oldest is like my mini me and my best friend sometimes I forget shes only 10 .. and my four year old is like my little princess, I feel like I have to protect her so much... and my son is like my little man like the thought of him ever having a girlfriend makes me homicidal LOL so it will just happen naturally

I didn't just because it was unplanned and very unexpected. My bc failed, my first had just turned a year old, we were going back and forth on whether we wanted a second at all. I also didn't want another boy because it would most likely be our last and found out at 12 weeks It was a boy. At that point I was very upset and didn't connect with this baby until about 32 weeks. That's when I bought my first thing for him and just really started wrapping my head around it
