Really wish I could tell if I’m having contractions, I haven’t noticed and discharge of mucus plug or water breaking, just still having a constant lower back pain and period like cramping, and I also can’t tell if I’m having BH contraction the top of my belly gets rock hard but I feel like it stays hard like that for a really long time.

I couldn’t feel my contractions until my water broke and baby came not long after (I was in the hospital for induction so all was well). Don’t be afraid to go to labor and delivery even if they send you home. Every woman and pregnancy is different. They can hook you to a machine that reads your contractions and examine you.

I agree time them.. but don’t worry bc most of the time it is obviously painful

It could be the beginning phases of contractions. Definitely start timing just to be on the safe side. If they start being consistently around 5 minutes apart then most likely it’s time to head to the hospital.

If not it could be a sign of labor approaching within a few days. Keep a close eye on it.
