any ideas So tonight I'm making a roast. (Beef). So I was wondering if any of you ladies had any ideas or recipes to give it a different kinda flavor. Usually I use pepper, season salt, meat tenderizer and Montreal steak seasonings mixed in worshasher ( sp?) Sauce. Then I add water to the mix and cook it in that but I want something with a different flavor tonight. Any ideas???

Water.. Is anyone else having a hard time drinking water? Its been making me feel so nauseous! I've tried to mix it down with different juices and that seems to be the only way I can deal with it. ?
