@sheavonajones, Charlotte Russe. But they have it on forever 21 as someone stated above. (Same exact dress for cheaper). Wish I would’ve seen f21 first.

They’re both so cute. I’m partial to the second dress but I think the first one would be perfect for the shower because of the yellow stripes.
