From the looks of it..... Its a 2 in 1 meaning it folds out to a stroller an a buggy its adjustable to be used as two things.

An I don't see a carseat in the first pic but the second one seems like a smarter choice because when your baby comes you're gonna need that carseat more than anything in pic 2

If you really want the buggy part graco has a 9 in1. I used it with my first and I’m using it again I love it!!
