So my daughter is gonna be through a different scenery next weekend, she is going out of town and staying with her grandparents. She will be 6 weeks. Since birth she has been indoors in our home. This is her first official trip. I'm so nervous. I'll be with her the whole time except for 1 night over night(going to a concert)! I can't keep her in a bubble but at the same time is it too soon?!? Advice??

@boosienana how does breast milk work. I'm only getting 2 oz each breast and since she will be 3 hours away. :,( OMG! How do I store it?? She always been attached me so never had a problem with worrying about her getting fed.

Pump every 2 or 3 hrs just like she would normally feed. Keep it refrigerated or freeze it would be best if you can get a cooler and dry ice it'll stay frozen til you can get it home to the freezer if she doesn't drink it.

I think it’s too soon to leave her overnight. BUT if you really want to I’m sure it will be fine. If you have any reservations though, just don’t, because if something happened, you would prob never forgive yourself (and I don’t mean that in a mean way- Mom guilt is real, even when we shouldn’t feel guilty).
