Sadly I have to stop breastfeeding my LO because she have bad reflux where she vomit all the breast milk. She’s on Enfamil A.R. she doing better. I wish she was keeping the breast milk down.

Maybe baby is just getting it to fast you could have a really strong let down as well
Have you tried pumping and putting it into dr browns bottles or the playtex bag bottles?
I agree with @heera, I’ve often heard it’s as a result of the mom’s diet...if you want to go back consider a really bland, non dairy diet? See what’s happens?
I definitely will ask the gi for a prescription for Zantac. Is your LO stop spitting up
She also vomit the yellow kind of Enfamil. I took her to her dr did her X-ray they say she has reflux. They prescribed nexum I read bad review about it so I never gave it to her. So I try the Enfamil A.R. she spit up less now.
Did you talk with her doctor or a lactation consultant? Bcuz it could be what your eating as well. You never know🤷🏻♀️
I agree that I have a strong let down because she sometime choked from latching. Will try dr brown bottle and my diet. Thank you all
