I wish my man had the balls to telloff his hr manager the way he does everyone else. His job is hard enough as it is 10hrs a day but he gets no breaks most days because for some reason hes in charge of giving everyone else breaks. Hes not even the supervisor but is expected to pickup everyone elses slack. Theres three floors on where he is, hes supposed to just run the third floor but hes constantly taking care of all three which is the work of about 10 people. That's right they got 1 person doing the work of 10 with no breaks throught the day. I get that theyre short staffed but why over work the one good employee you have

@shay2beautiful right thats what im saying! Like theyre working him way too hard for 13.75 an hour especially with no breaks or a lunch. He wants to leave but i told him he has to stick it out until july when the baby gets here and he gets his 2 weeks paid leave. Im soo ready to call and just chew the hr manger out myself because what theyre doing to him is bullshit and they honestly cant afford to lose him

@mom4m, Well if they can’t afford to lose him then I’ll stand up to them. It’s not like they’ll fire him since everybody else is so shitty!!

Thats what i tell him.. Im like light a fire under their asses worst thing that can happen is they fire him which they wont do. When they even catch wind of him wanting to leave they give him a raise to hold him off until he gets pissed again

They gove him raises left and right everytime they think hes gonna leave they add a dollar to his pay to tie him over. Hes just not happy there anymore its not even about the money so much as the wear and tear on his body and without a break. All he does throught the day is run up and down 3 flights of stairs and lift/move 60-200lb bags or barrels. Not to mention the mustard burns he gets from the seed

It’s illegal not to have a break. He needs to point this out to the HR manager in private and say- look- I am entitled to x amount of breaks and my lunch period. I will be taking these at x x and x times. I know you all think I’m perfect, but even my body has limits. Let me know if you want to adjust the times of my breaks and we can discuss. He then needs to pick a person that ‘covers’ him during his breaks so everyone else gets their breaks still.

@amysbabies @phoebesmommy he doesnt work under the table.. And as much as i try to tell him to just stick up for himself and tellthem how ot is he wont. It drives me nuts
