So im trying to lose weight but dont know were to start so i weigh 195lbs and want to be 125 i didnt lose any baby weight so i need help with a diet plan i got the work out covered o and how did u mommies get ur self motivated to workout and diet
I eat foods with carbs, high protein and low fat. Don’t cut out carbs. They’re your friend lol if you cut them out, obviously you’ll lose weight (it’s like that with anything you do) but once you start eating carbs again, you gain weight bc your bodies like “omg this is delicious! Store it as fat so I can eat it later” lol
