I went too the doctors today and the baby measured 4weeks-5days

And I'm supposed to be 6weeks, I wasn't able to get a hear beat. I have to wait 2 more weeks

I've been crying most of the day because I don't know what too expect I have too go see a radiology to get more information my hcg levels were at 400 from last week so my I did more blood work today and I have to call my ob tomorrow too see if they went up or went down. I got an ultrasound and this is what it looks like 😞💔
