@jessiexo, I’ve waist trained for about 4years. I’ve had natural births with all my children, no meds except pitocin. In those 4yrs I’ve found that waist training has made my body go back down a lot quicker than the pregnancies that I hadn’t waist trained. I wear a large and with my daughter an extra-large when I left the hospital and was back down to my small right before my 6week check-up. I work out daily and we eat really healthy but since you can’t workout hardcore after for 6weeks, I walk and put my waist trainer on. I usually go back to my normal size after about a month or so. It’s up to you though, on how comfortable you feel. Just know that it’s about the progress, take it one day at a time 😊
