I need help with my 15 mo old son. I am currently 15 weeks pregnant and I'm struggling with the fact that there will be a new baby here very soon. My son is going through a phase where he doesn't listen at all, he throws terrible tantrums, and he will hit, pull my hair, and try to bite me when he is unhappy. Idk what to do. I'm so afraid he will hurt the baby because he won't listen to me. How can I teach him that his actions are not okay???

I am going thru a very similar situation. My daughter just turned 1 and i am currently expecting my son in June. I have older (teens) but don't recall their behavior being this bad. When she is good She is great. But here lately I can't seem to win with her. We have been going to a baby steps group for months now because i thought it would be good for her to be andother babies her age and younger ones to prepare her for the new baby. Some days are great. But others are awful. Like if she is in a mood and one of the other babies starts fussing she wants to pinch or swat at it. I dunno what to do. I have even tried giving her a time out but that is pointless as she just isn't old enough to understand the point of it yet. I have tried getting hey focused on something else. I dunno. I think it will be a rough start when baby gets here until she understands that she had to be nice. Hopefilly i don't lose my mind and hair in that process

I'm losing my mind preparing for this baby ! My toddler drives me into the dirt. He still doesn't sleep through the night and he breast feeds ALL night.

@kaylaovermyer312, My son didn’t start sleeping through the night until I night weaned him (at 13 months). He had been nursing every couple of hours all night. Once he was completely night weaned he slept through the night almost right away.
