I need help with my 15 mo old son. I am currently 15 weeks pregnant and I'm struggling with the fact that there will be a new baby here very soon. My son is going through a phase where he doesn't listen at all, he throws terrible tantrums, and he will hit, pull my hair, and try to bite me when he is unhappy. Idk what to do. I'm so afraid he will hurt the baby because he won't listen to me. How can I teach him that his actions are not okay???

I thought the same. My oldest loves his brother. He will not hurt him. And it’s just a faze. You still have plenty of time.

Do you give him consequences for his actions? Also, giving him the words to model after to express himself, maybe he is struggling with the transition of you having a baby and doesn’t know how to express it so he acts out. Also, in order to prepare him for the newborn, maybe you can give him something to be responsible for, like a goldfish or something that he can be in charge of and feel proud of
