Yes!!!! I had them horrible. I had to have my husband apply counterpressure to my lower back like he did when I was in labor. I felt I was in labor again

Are you sure it's not just your uterus going back to it's normal size ? . I never had cramps while breastfeeding .

I had those to! Hot water bottle on your sides they dont last long hang in there dear.
