Every little thing my 5 year old does is making me crazy. Sleep deprived 😑 today's going to suck

Can someone help out while you take a bath and nap? Family, friend, neighbor, babysitter? Sometimes we need a break. I’ve paid our sitter to stay when I came home early from work not feeling well. If you don’t have someone- find someone and plan a day where you can just rest. Maybe even twice a week till delivery.
