This was our baby Sluggo. We had him for 10 years and he was the best dog on earth. Unfortunately, he was diagnosed with cancer earlier this year and we couldn’t let him live the way he was. He was cremated and now watches over us in an urn on our mantel. ❤️

@bebe-, I’m sorry about the diagnosis! It’s hard enough as it is but then we have to walk our kids through the loss to. Ugh sucks. Idk if it depends on the stage of cancer like humans but we decided to put Sluggo down about 4 months later. He wasn’t the same dog at all. In the last days he would urinate on himself and had balance issues. It was bad. Take lots of pictures with your baby while you have him!
@wafflespancakes, his name was actually Slugger because he was so sluggish. He was the laziest puppy I’ve ever seen 😂 but somehow it turned into Sluggo lol

I am so sorry for your loss. It’s so incredibly hard to lose a fur baby 😞 I lost mine to cancer a month ago and we just got his ashes last week. I never knew how painful losing a pet could be. I’m sending my love to you and your family! ❤️
