Yes they do.... my same situation but I let him go do whatever he wanted and he showed me what he really wanted so I left our apartment and moved back in with my parents and I’ve been a lot happier but I will say girl he hates me to this day but o well he started getting disrespectful and coming home drunk talking about women trying to rape him and crap he was basically partying and chasing after women... but do what’s best for you and your unborn child!!!!

Aww girl I'm sorry. My hubby stopped drinking since I can't and he's cooking and cleaning way more. I'll tell my hubby to tell your bf what's up haha

@briatta, I like that you did what was best for you. OP you should do the same, let him go do as he pleases, nothing will keep a man that does not want to be kept. & see what it is that he does & decide at that point what you need for your inner peace & for your little one. Best of luck 🙏🏼

Oh ur telling me lol my boyfriend has disappeared, enjoyed himself, caused a whole lot of bs, parties. In which I was a drinker and I hate when he would come home and have alcohol on his breath 😒 it’s literally messed wit my head how he could do theses things, but I do know he cares abt me and wants to do right. His mind and impulsiveness gets him acting foolish thou, just hope when the baby comes his mindset will be alil more focused again

My fiance was like that when we were pregnant with our first as well. It wasnt until I was like 30 something weeks that I finally had to sit him down and tell him he needs to chill out. We were out with friends and he got tore up, I had to fight him for the keys and basically walk him to the car and to the house up the stairs when we got home. He pissed all over the toilet and floor and then passed out on the floor. I tried to get him up and into bed since he had work the next day, but he was dead weight so I just left him and went to bed.

I finally had to tell him the next day that all that had to stop. What happened if we got into an accident and something happened with the baby or if I went into early labor because I was only about 2-3 weeks from birth. That if something happened hed miss the birth of our son and i wouldn't be able to count on him to be there for me.

It made him feel like shit, hed never forgive himself if that happened. He stopped getting going out and getting drunk after that conversation. Hes not like that at all this time around and is so much more helpful this pregnancy lol.

I think it's a guy thing when the first baby is coming. Like they got to get it all out before they are having to settle down. I let him have his moment while I was pregnant and things changed after.
