Hi ladies!
I was wondering if anyone has advice for sleep training my little one. She wont fall asleep unless she is beside me or in my arms... She has been co-sleeping with me for months now and I can’t do it anymore. I’m exhausted. She is impossible to get to sleep. It takes me at least 30 minutes to get her down and once she’s in the crib she wakes up. I try to let her cry it out in her crib, but she will cry for 20 minutes straight and I always end up getting her. Please help.

Are these books online? My baby is 11 months and our bed is getting to small for all three of us. I am on the edge of the bed every night or I’m being kicked. Hopefully I can find these books

I co slept for 6 months and nursed 2-3 times/night. I read the book “solve your child’s sleep problems” and my daughter slept through the night on the second day. Life changer. She now sleeps 10-11 hours a night in her own room.

Try going in in 5 min increments. Let her cry for 5 mins. If she is inconsolable go in and comfort her and lay her back down. Keep adding 5 mins to the time. You’ll be able to hear the diff bw a cranky whine or an inconsolable cry. Mine would scream for 5 mins and fall asleep. She’s just very passionate. I knew she was fed changed and not in pain. She was just wanting her way.. this was only after 10 months for me tho. I would never do this with any baby under 6 months.
