Is it wrong for biological parents to want to establish a relationship/eventually regain custody 8 years after signing over custody at birth. (No adoption)
*biological parents were 16, drug addicted parents, circumstances have changed in child’s life (woman died and man remarried shortly after and is suspected to be on drugs and moved away from all “relatives” and friends and has isolated the child)

Also add Biological parents now have two children and stable normal household.

No its not wrong. It wouldnt be wrong of anyone to want a relationship with the child to,assure their health and safety. Do they have a right though? Absolutely not.
