He definitely did while teething. The one time he had an ear infection he wasn't grabbing at his ears at all! Just a high fever.

My little one definitely pulled his ears a lot. Only had an ear infection once but I took him in a few times just to make sure he didn’t have one lol I’m such a worrier

Yes I thought she had an ear infection at first but her doctor said it's just from teething
