Any remedies to increasing breast milk production?

@raheemah05, thanks a lot but honestly I have all of these things and have been power pumping for about a month now and no increase

@raheemah05, yes I have been since she has been born.

@raheemah05, I pump about 4 times including feeding her. I work sober nights so I can’t pump until I get home.

@raheemah05, I drink water and the Mother’s Milk tea. I take my vitamins. I also eat the oat meal chocolate chip lactation-cookies

Ok yeah I was making 8 oz a pump anytime so just wanna make more than that if possible. To store for vacations and when she’s older.
