So I've been getting my hips readjusted the last few weeks. I just learned.. If I hadn't gotten them fixed, I wouldnt have been able to have the baby vaginally. They were that bad.

Yup!!! It's crazy. I wish I got aligned before labor because I probably wouldn't have pushed 4 hours

Hahaha it's not as bad as it sounds. Just hard and stressful work. Contractions are still the worst.

@kambam how bad are the cramps? Because I had pretty bad cramps with periods. Like having to lay on my side and holding my stomach crying until it would stop. The bleeding was crazy bad too. So if it's worse than that, I'm sol. Lol

It's worse than your worst period ever. But it's also different...if that makes sense. It goes in waves not constant. And it's more like a whole body cramp like your body will feel tense and painful for a few seconds then a minute or 2 between.

Hahaha famous last words. But yeah, the motivation is huge 😊😊 the pain doesn't last forever either. Just feels that way 😉
