It's called SPD. Google it and you can find some exercises that will help relieve the pain.

@salogogo sometimes you won't feel contractions, I was getting induced at 36 weeks and they checked me I was 1cm they were going to put a balloon in me and withing 4 hours when they were going to insert it they checked again and I was at 5cm lol didn't feel a thing. Maybe call your Dr tomorrow if you can hold off until then.
