I agree. Chop your food up really small and let her have at it. I use poultry shears to cut things up , but they also make baby food scissors you can buy. Big timesaver!

We did baby led weaning with our kids. They ate what we ate, just chopped to baby sized pieces. Made our lives easier and gave them a wider palate.

Let baby eat whatever you’re eating. The only restriction is honey.
