So my friends are having a debate...Do long hot baths help speed up/induce labor? Cause I don’t think it makes a difference

No. Not it doesn't. But they sure help me get threw the contractions

I couldn’t tell a difference with my first three but my doctor says it does and to avoid it early on.

It doesn’t induce labor but it helps you relax
