My hospital stay was $42,265
Being induced, labor and delivery, plus epidural, and drugs to try and slow my bleeding and the surgery to stop my bleeding, and 4 days in the hospital....

Seriously!!!! It’s a damn scam at this point !!! They basically charge you to breathe . Next baby I’m staying my ass at home it cost me 35,000 well insurances paid it but still smh

His birth, insurance was billed $80,000. Yeah, it was a c-section, but that's still ridiculous. My son's outpatient surgery, that we spent a grand total of five hours at the hospital for, was billed at $40,000. What the heck?!?! It's no wonder people have to make GoFundMe's for medical expenses.

My total bill was 200k. Some of the charges were a straight up lie like two resuscitations that never happened! They charged for the room and bed separately and then charged for the room and bed altogether. Greedy assholes.

We stopped tallying once my kiddo’s bills hit $2.3 million... I always tell him he’s my million dollar baby (and that doesn’t include the cost of IVF to get pregnant with him or the million or so after his discharge from the hospital 😬)
