What are some foods I can introduce to my 9 month old? Like more solid foods. She's sitting up and crawling by herself and has her 2 bottom teeth

You can give anything except honey before 1. Just be careful of salt content.

@mariapb no syrup either, same with honey, it can contain bacteria
