I added creamer, it helped. Be careful, some mom's react negatively to fenugreek which is in mother's milk tea. It can actually lower your milk supply

Aww I didn’t mind the taste. I used to brew a big pot & fill my tumbler to drink at work & by the time I was off (which was late) I could pump about 16 oz.

@my_fave_5, Well I work full time so I pump a lot! At least every 2 hours when I am away from my baby. If you want to up your supply, I highly suggest pumping right after she eats. It will signal your body that she is still really hungry and start producing more.
